another Summerbash in the books, and all I have to show for it are a dozen different tanlines/sunburns from several different bathing suits/tank tops. i look like one of those paint-by-numbers pictures.

the Austin City Limits lineup isn't complete yet, but thus far, it's pretty impressive. I was leaning towards selling our tickets, because I could really use another $140, but now I'm having second thoughts. two full days in Austin with friends, beer, and these bands:

...among others. yeah, maybe I'll go.

six feet under's fourth season started tonight. we started watching this last year and with the help of some friends and their VCRs, got caught up with the first three seasons pretty quickly. tonight's episode was as depressing and beautiful as expected. this show is so damn good. last season was a bit disappointing, but I don't doubt it will return to brilliance this year. and if not...well, there's always Nate to look at.

the red sox are 4 games behind the MFYs. what happened? speaking of, tickets for the sox/yanks games in july at fenway are currently going for a couple thousand dollars on ebay. who seriously pays that much for a july baseball game?

because talking hockey in late june is just as ridiculous, i'll just say that I would kill to see this guy in black and orange and leave it at that.

game 4 of the nba finals is calling my name. this is the first time i've cared about the nba all season, but if there's a chance that larry brown will win a championship, and beat the lakers to do it, then I'm in. go pistons.
